Simba Makawa Video Productions does not operate out of a single location however still has a special relationship with 4 parties depending on the scope of the project. For example, a full music video will include all 4 of the following parties while a private 1 on 1 photo shoot with an adult will only include clients and potentially the public if the shoot is in a public location. Here are all of the special relationships my video production company has:
Employees: Simba Makawa Video Production agency has a legal obligation to provide a safe and healthy work environment for its employees. This includes taking reasonable precautions to prevent accidents or injuries on the job.
Clients: Simba Makawa Video Production agency owes a heightened duty of care to its clients, particularly if the agency has agreed to provide a particular level of service or if it has specialized knowledge or expertise. Filming should not put the client at heightened risk unless specific stunts or acts are outlined in the contract.
The public: If Simba Makawa Video Production agency is filming in a public place or if its work involves interacting with the public, it may have a heightened duty of care to ensure the safety of members of the public. Filming in public streets will require the correct permits.
Children: If Simba Makawa Video production agency is working with children, it will have a heightened duty of care to ensure their safety and well-being. This may include obtaining consent from parents or guardians and taking steps to protect children from harm. Child labor laws also state that child actors can only film for a maximum of 8 hours per day.

Intentional torts. Here are two examples of intentional torts that an employee of Simba Makawa Video Production could potentially commit:
Battery: Battery is the intentional use of force or violence against another person without their consent. For example, if an employee of my video production business physically assaulted a coworker or client, they could be held liable for battery.
Defamation: Defamation is the act of making false statements about someone that damages their reputation. This could include making false statements about a coworker or client to other people in the business or publishing false statements about them online. For example, if the sound man talks poorly about the client before the video is finished.

Foreseeable circumstances:
Personal injury: If an employee of the video production agency causes physical harm to a client or coworker due to their failure to exercise reasonable care, Simba Makawa Video Productions could be held liable for the resulting injuries. For example, if an employee accidentally drops a heavy camera on a client's foot while filming, the agency could potentially be sued for negligence.
Property damage: If the actions of an employee of the video production agency result in damage to someone's property, the agency could potentially be sued for negligence. For example, if an employee accidentally spills coffee on a client's laptop while working on a video project, the agency could potentially be held liable for the resulting damage.
Strict Product Liability
Simba Makawa Video Productions can not be held liable for strict product liability because we do not manufacture or sell any goods. Our business only provides 3 different services.
